I cannot stress this enough, HIRE THEM!!!!

I’ll admit, I was on the fence about booking day-of coordinators. I had planned the entire wedding myself and have a family that’s always willing to help. But on your wedding day, it’s a lot to ask your wedding party and immediate family to manage setup, logistics, and teardown; it takes them out of the experience.

Carley & Makenna were absolutely incredible. They handled countless last-minute details and stepped in to save the day more than once. They were always two steps ahead, anticipating what was needed before we even realized it.

They elevated everything, making every detail feel polished and professional and bringing my vision to life far beyond what I had imagined. They asked thoughtful, relevant questions when needed, but shielded me from being pulled in a million directions.

They even handled the little things you don’t think about, cleaning up spills, making sure I always had a drink in my hand, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

On top of all that, they were such a calming presence throughout the day. My parents even said they were the absolute best hire of the entire wedding.

Because of them, my husband, our families, and I were able to truly stay present and enjoy every moment.
